Hello! I'm Katie O'Keefe, welcome to Dream Realty! I have been making home buyers and sellers dreams come true for the past 17 years.

Working with home buyers, especially first time buyers, is my passion. The excitement of the first time buyer finding their perfect home is an amazing experience. Helping buyers through what could be a scary and daunting process and making it fun and less overwhelming is my forte. Plus, being a small company with none of the large company overhead allows me to pass on incredible commission rates!

Whether it's buying a new home, letting go of an old one or delving into an investment property, my goal is to make your real estate dreams come true!

Patrice Bessler has over 20 years of experience in new construction and real estate. Prior to getting into real estate Patrice and her family built 3 of their own homes and as a hobby she helped her friends and family find their homes. Through that process she found her passion to help others find the home that’s right for them and began working for the areas #1 home builder. Her love of her job and compassion for others is what makes her a great fit for our team. Hi! I’m Larry Pundsack and I’ve been working in the real estate market for well over a decade now helping people obtain their real estate goals!

Prior to joining Dream Realty, I spent nearly 10 years working in mortgage banking, helping mortgagors obtain financing for their homes. During my time within the financial industry I acquired skill sets in project management, training, and team leadership.

After leaving the mortgage industry, I partnered with a private Real Estate Investment Company acquiring property within the Greater Milwaukee area. From there I branched out and started working with local Buyers and Sellers to help make their real estate Dreams come true. My clients have ranged from first time home buyers, investors, families looking to upsize all the way until they’re ready to downsize.

I’ve managed single family homes, duplexes, as well as multi-family apartment complexes within Milwaukee. Having experience on both ends of the home buying and selling process allows me to keep up with the market trends, rules and regulations. This knowledge gives me the ability provide the extensive planning, and attention to detail necessary to service each individual tenant, owner, buyer or seller in the manner in which they should expect!

I’m a self-motivated, energetic, hardworking individual with an open mind that moves each day with a purpose. I pride myself on conducting business and personal ventures with the utmost integrity. I have been working in Real Estate side by side with the Broker/Owner of Dream Realty, Katie O'Keefe, for the past 2 years. I decided to pursue a career in real estate after going through the process of purchasing my first home. I wanted to continue to be a part of the excitement that comes with the search and discovery of a new home. My passion is in working with clients to understand their specific goals and helping them to meet and surpass their expectations. I understand that buying and/or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life, and it’s a true privilege to be able to assist with that process. 

Prior to entering real estate, I enjoyed a 10 year career in retail as Store Manager and District Trainer. In this position, I became an expert in figuring out how to provide customers with what they want and need.

Heidi comes to Dream Realty with experience in new construction. She and her husband built two of their three homes. After building their last home, Heidi found she really enjoyed the general contracting side of building. She understands the importance of detail and quality craftsmanship. Prior to real estate, Heidi has experience as a communication specialist in the public school sector. This role has given her exceptional communication skills. She is dedicated to customer service and not only listens to your needs, but understands them and is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Dream Realty family, Heidi carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Tiffani has joined Dream Realty as a licensed real estate agent. She began her journey in real estate as an investor. This experience gives Tiffani the ability to see the potential in distressed properties to find her clients a great deal. After investing in real estate and undergoing extensive training with seasoned investors, she has developed a passion for real estate and is excited to be a part of the “dream team” as an agent.

Tiffani is also a licensed educator. She has a masters degree in education and a masters degree in educational leadership. As an accomplished teacher, she understands the significance of relationship building, collaboration, and being a lifelong learner. Tiffani also holds a bachelor's degree from the college of communications at Marquette University. She is a strong communicator, social, and approachable.
