As always, everything went smoothly and painlessly, with a great financial outcome. The condo, which I knew was in a desirable area of town with limited inventory, sold two days after the listing debuted, with approximately two dozen showings and a resulting bidding war on the property. I also received some invaluable related advice on the steps needed to settle the estate for this property. Highly recommended!

I was stuck with the difficult task of selling my existing home and finding a new home within a finite amount of time. As it had been a while since I sold my last home, I also needed some sound advice regarding some of the particulars of staging and prepping my home for sale. Katie was always quick to respond to my multitude of questions, and her advice was consistently spot on. Her assistant's reminders also were very helpful in ensuring that I had all the requisite paperwork and other formalities ready to go for the lender providing the mortgage to my new home.

Katie was all I could've asked for in a realtor. She worked around my hectic work schedule to get me in showings as soon as we could, and make it work if we needed to go at a sooner date. Before listing my home with Katie, I called two agents in the area, they both recommended I list my home for assessed value per the city of Milwaukee. I felt my home was worth twice that amount. I called Katie and she came down, walked through the house and said what do you think, I said as an investor the house is worth $100K. Katie said let's do 110k, so we did and the house sold. Had I listed with the other two agents I would have got half that amount. I have been buying and selling homes for 27 years, most agents get the listing and wait for other agents to bring an offer. It seemed to me that she works as hard as I do. Katie gets the job done, I would definitely recommend Dream Reality to any one looking to buy or sell a home.
