Real Estate with Real Heart: Our 2025 Impact
Dream Realty and Epic Mortgage joined forces to organize this year’s event, and together with the Dream Team and our community, the impact was incredible. Thanks to your generosity, we built 432 non-perishable meal kits for families across Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties.
A heartfelt thank you to Root River Lanes Banquet Hall in Franklin for providing the space for this year’s event. Your support helped make the day a true success.
This year’s meal kits included:
Chicken Alfredo Kits: noodles, Alfredo sauce, green beans, and canned chicken
Tuna Noodle Casserole Kits: noodles, bread crumbs, canned tuna, green beans, and cream soup
Every kit was assembled with care by our volunteers, and each one means a warm meal on the table for a family in our community as the colder months arrive.
We’re proud of what the Dream Team and Epic Mortgage accomplished together, and grateful to everyone who donated, volunteered, and spread the word. Your kindness made a real difference.

A Dream Realty Tradition Since 2015
At Dream Realty, we believe that being part of a community means giving back in meaningful, hands-on ways. Since 2015, we’ve proudly hosted our annual “Lunches for the Homeless” event, bringing together our team, clients, and community partners to make a difference, one meal at a time.
In 2026, we evolved again. Our turnout grew so much that sandwiches were no longer the most practical option, so we moved to non-perishable meal kits. They last longer, they’re easier to distribute, and they let us stretch every volunteer’s effort even further.
We’re honored to have supported a variety of local charities over the years, and we remain committed to evolving this event based on where the need is greatest.
Because at Dream Realty, it’s not just about homes…it’s about heart.
